I am trying to read information on the below site and it keeps
reloading. I have turned auto-load off and set the refresh to always
suspend. Is there some other setting I can change so I will be able to
read this page. It keeps starting somewhere near the beginning of the
page and by the time I skip through the headings and start reading a
particular subject, it starts all over again. Thanks for any helpful
suggestions. The site is:
