Greetings Call up Windows Explorer Windows Key+E Highlight your CD/DVD drive. Press the Windows Context Menu key. Arrow up to Properties and press the Enter key. Press Control+Tab until you get to the Recording page. Tab to get to the Write Speed box. Arrow up or down to get to the speed you want, I find that eight X works for most drives when playing the burned disk on other devices. Press Alt+A to apply the settings. Press Shift+Tab to get to OK and press the Enter key. Press Alt+F4 to close Windows Explorer. See if this helps the setting in your software. Vic
