Hi, I recently tried to place an order with a website:
www.swordsswords.com
I placed items in the shopping cart, and then clicked on the checkout link.
The next page did not show any info as to my order or the order process. My
wife did the same thing, and could see the items in my shopping cart, and
could do the things that processed the order to completion. Window Eyes could
not find any of the items on the screen that my wife said were clearly
displayed on the screen.
Is this an issue with Java, or am I missing something? Could someone try
to place an order with this site, and see if they can at least get to the item
confirmation screen and the shipping and hanling screen. I am not asking you
to enter any credit card info nor to purchase anything. You don't have to go
that far on the checkout procedure.
I sent my concerns regarding their webiste to their customer service
department, and they just told me to phone my order in. I am reluctant to do
so because I like to have an email confirmation and a copy of the confirmation
page from the WWW as a record.
