I did some experimenting this morning. When I went into a word document and made changes, my computer acted wierd. I couldn't get my desk top to say the graphics, my outlook program acted funny and my start button disappeared. This happened twice, after rebooting. So I rebooted again and unloaded Word Advanced ap. All problems went away.
