hi, does anyone know if i can get a older version of the carbonite disk drive software? the newest version is totally un accessible with w e 7.51 or nvda. all i can do with the info center is read the contents of the dialog box. nothing speaks so i can not change any of the options. the previous version everything spoke. how much time i had left on my subscription and all of the menus in the options pull downs. not anymore. if i can not get the info center to work i’ll have to discontinue carbonite and find another on line backup service that has accessible software. i couldn’t even send carbonite a email because the info they want says it is not availible and click on another link. which does not activate when i click on them. this is with both firefox 3.6.23 and i e 8. vista or windows 7 premium 64 bit. thanks.
