Mine is the same way. Window Eyes is set to appear in the system tray, but
when I start the computer, it appears in both the task bar and the system
tray. To get it out of the task bar, I open window eyes with control - back
slash, then hit escape. Then it only appears in the system tray. It's not
right, but it works.
