Hi,
In the windows control panel you will find a sound folder that allows
you to choose which sound card windows uses as the default sound card.
I am using windows 7 and all I do is go to change sound settings and I
arrow down to soundblaster then tab to set default and enter
now in window eyes control panel I choose deck talk and tab to sound
cards and choose my wireless and enter and choose to keep.
I think this is what you are looking to do.
good luck,

tell Windows not to map through that external card. The card then only
uses speech and nothing else. Windows does have a tendency, when you add
another card, to choose it as the default card. There are checkboxes in
there somewhere and I did that, before, but now, don't know. It's not in
the Window-Eyes control panel, but in the Windows control panel somewhere.
