Francine,
Something to keep in mind. These versions do not work the same way as
most software. Mozilla has some strange reason for doing things this way.
Jumping from 3 to 8 wont mean there will be huge differences. By year's
end, we may see version 10. They will do this every 6 weeks.
The big complaint is that many add ons do not remain compatible as they
may not get updated quickly. When one checks for updates, a page will pop
up showing which if any add ons are not compatible. If that is the case,
one can choose to abort the update and wait a while.
Quote of the nanosecond...
Last week, I stated this woman was the ugliest woman I had ever seen. I have
since been visited by her sister, and now wish to withdraw that statement.

Hello all:
I want to upgrade to a later version of Firefox - I'm still in the Dark
Ages
with Vs. 3.x.
There are so many versions now - is the latest, Firefox 8.x accessible
with
Windows 7, 32-bit and WE 7.5?
Thanks for your help.
