I don't know if this is the problem, but I have had one thing happen
with WE 7.2. When I'd install it, it wouldn't come up at all when I
restarted the computer. When I went into the file menu, startup
options and unchecked all options. Then shut down and restarted with
no Window-eyes, opened Window-eyes with the shortcut, then went in
and checked the startup options I wanted, then it would actually come
up properly. On one computer I had to do this twice before it
behaved. Once I got it straightened out, it never misbehaved again.
It's worth a try at least.
