I actually think so.
What I found out on the knowledge base of Eset, is that you
actually have to get their uninstaller, as if you cannot uninstall it
from the control Panel or its uninstall menu. In order to use that
uninstaller, though, you have to be in Safe Mode, and for us, that is
impossible because we have no speech. So, bye bye for that solution.
