A little while ago, another user on this list brought this to our attention.
For those of you, who never fool around with your cookies folder, please simply
skip this message. It is not intended for you. Smile.

The thing is, that recently, Microsoft had a new release out, for security
updates of your Windows system. This affects all the three newest flavors of
Windows - Xp, Vista and Win7. After installing the update, your Cookies files,
will no longer have meaningful names. They will appear as a messy alphanumeric
name, like
    hdl9342stg
. This is not due to your WinEyes going heywire. Nor has it got anything to do
with any other settings on your system. It is solely caused by the update,
released by Microsoft. And, in general, there is no way of turning your cookies
filenames back to the human readable format. Apparently, some engineer at
Microsoft, had the idea that this would make your computer more secure; even if
you now, no longer are able to filter out which cookies you don't want on your
system - thereby leaving you in risk of having cookies that REALLY could mean a
security risk. In other words, in their effort to secure your computer, they
made it somehow harder to maintain security. Paradox?

Hope this makes more sense, than the feedback that was posted on the list here,
which told you to check certain settings in WinEyes. Forget about changing
anything in WinEyes, it won't do you any good, after all.
