Ever since upgrading to Windows Live Mail 2010 I have had this problem as
well. Windows-Eyes is very unreliable when reviewing a message before
sending it - it fails to read characters, and sometimes entire lines as I
arrow up and down in my message. Sometimes it reads the same line twice. I
find myself doing a lot of arrowing up and then down again to make sure I am
actually on the line Windows-Eyes says I am on. This goes the same with
reading by character.
I don't like Thunderbird - it doesn't do what I need it to, and I can't buy
Outlook because it is expensive. I just tested it with the new version of
Window-Eyes as well and it still has the same problem. So yes I'm also able
to duplicate that here.

Subject: Re: Window-Eyes 7.5.2 is Now Available!
Hi,
I've installed the new upgrade but I'm seeing some very odd behaviour with
Windows Live Mail 2011. There is nothing spoken in the to field when
replying to a message, when I backspace, no letters are spoken; I just hear
the ding sound and, of course, the old problem of not being able to execute
a read to end command when composing a message. Apart from the read to end
problem, everything worked fine before the upgrade.
I'm using Window-Eyes 7.5.2.0 on a Windows Seven 64 bit machine with all
updates.
Cheers,
Sandra.
