Marvin, Afraid the mention of onCursorKey and onHotKey fix was only for apps, and only applied if more than one app was trying to do something with "all" hotkeys or "all" cursor keys at the same time. Now the two apps should play nice together in that situation.

There still is a problem with key label dictionaries for programs when you need to override a global key label. WE will read the global key label no matter what. I have a program where ctrl-x is the exit command. I create a key label dictionary for the program, set WE to use program key label dictionary. When I exit the program WE says "cut to clipboard." This is a picky thing but it's supposed to work and it hasn't for a long time. I was hoping that the problem would be solved when I read about global/program cursor keys being fixed.
