Hi Stanley, I just wanted to ditto what you said about the importance of sending in error reports (to GW or to app authors), and how important this is in the process of getting problems fixed. Not only the error report, but your email address is very important when you send in the report (so that someone could ask you for more info, or perhaps send you a fixed version to try out, etc.) I owe almost all of the progress I've ever made in any of my apps to people who have helped me by sending in error reports, beta testing fixes, and giving me suggestions/requests for new features.
