A little update here:

A change in your Outlook setfile should probably fix this.  Make certain 
that, with the upgrade, the association of the setfile and the program 
wasn't somehow broken.  If it was, then odds are good that reassociating 
will solve things for you.
If not, then hopefully someone with writing sets can explain how and what 
needs to be done.

Reason I am saying this is that my Edsharp problem, upon investigating, 
was due to Edsharp no longer being associated with edsharp.set.  Fixed 
that, then things worked as they did before.
