Hi! I suspect this is a bug in the way WE is handling the fields rather than an a than an association problem. I am seeing the same here, be it a Cc or Bcc field. Here is how to work around it:
Shift tab to the To field, where your address is displayed. Press enter, ignore for now that things appear blank. Type in the Bcc address. Now if you shift-tab you will find the expected To in the combo box and you can down-arrow to Cc or Bcc.
