Don, I'm getting the same thing here. This happened with we 7.5.1
occasionally and I just did a control r and then a scren redraw to get
to the text. However, that combo doesn't seem to work to allow the text
to be read, I've had to write emails in notepad and then paste them into
the thunderbird 8 window. Unfortunately it doesn't happen all the time,
as I write this message I can read it perfectly fine. But it does happen
here.
