Hi Robert, I just wrote a response to Yusuf on this same topic! I mentioned there's an app named "read mail" which should help you with this problem. I said it was in "program enhancements, but it's really in the "productivity" group of apps (sheesshh, these categories in appGet ... anyway ...) It's not working all that well in Outlook 2003 (but I can't get the comments in appGet to work to add this), but there's a comment from Vic which also indicates this, but he says it works fine for Outlook 2007. hth, Chip _____
