John, He can set the page refresh settings in the verbosity, browse mode, miscellaneous group of settings in the WE control panel; he doesn't have to use the alt-shift-m hotkey rotor. he could set it to suspend refresh "always" to see if that lets him use this site. I can't guess why his hotkey isn't working here.
