If you are talking about the new Humanware Brailliant then this display does 
have a Perkins style Braille keyboard.  The Brailliant made by Baum for 
Humanware did not have a keyboard, but the new Brailliant display from 
Humanware does have a nice keyboard and a much nicer, lower price tag too.

  The only con that I can see is that you can't do braille input since the 
brailliant doesn't have the braille keyboard.  Everything else is golden.
