In Word 2003, usually, if you are in the field where the text is displayed that requires correction, you are near the misspelled word. For me, the cursor is right after the word that is misspelled. I find that sometimes WE won't read the suggested replacements in Word.
You can avoid the dialog altogether by using the Alt-apostrophe and Alt-semicolon keys to find the next and previous errors respectively. Then, use the context key to present suggested replacement words. When I tried to spell check it WE will not read the word that is mispelled nor will it read the suggestions. Is there a setting I need to change or something I need to do. I can't event spell check a document without the help of a sighted person. This is frustrating. Tony C If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
