One of the reasons I switched to Window-Eyes a couple years ago was because of
how much this company pays attention to its customers. An excellent example is
the Window-Eyes payment plan which allows you to buy the screen-reader on a
month-to-month contract until the product is paid in full.

Window-Eyes 7.5.2 has done it again as far as I’m concerned. Whatever you fixed
seems to have greatly decreased the chance of the program locking. This was one
of my great annoyances with W-E and I have been running it for some time now,
it hasn’t locked on me once.

Although Browse Mode needs some catching up to do, I like how the company is
focusing on getting the core as stable as they can. It started with 7.5 and
continues into 7.5.2. Window-Eyes 7.0 wasn’t bad but there will still a host of
issues present. I can once again say that Window-Eyes is as rock solid as
version six was. Great job GW and I hope you always continue down this path.
