Hi: Running window 7, we 7.52, and outlook. after normal working in outlook, when I exit, I lose speech. My wife said the desktop is showing but, no speech. When I try to load we, of course, we is already running. this has just started and could it be the read mail app? It works well in outlook, but, if I must, I can remove it. don
