Hi Pam, Yep. I just tried to select a joke that someone sent me by email to post to my facebood page and was unable to do it with Window eyes. I turned on JFW and did it first try, no problem. If some of this stuff don’t get better I’m gonna be forced to switch to the competition. That really sucks because I’ve been a faitful WE user since 2003. Tony

I have the problem of window eyes repeating almost every word two, or maybe three times when I am proofing a message. Sometimes, like now, it is silent! Also, since I have started using windows live mail, I notice that it doesn’t always go into the proper mode to write a message, and I have to do it manually. Sometimes, it will go in and out, and say “brose mode off, browse mode on, browse mode off”. Sometimes when somebody sends me something with links in it, I have to turn browse mode off in order to be able to make it see the links so I can click on them. All this is since I got this windows 7 computer and started using windows live mail. All this has happened with window eyes 7.5 and the subsequent upgrades to that. Pam. When composing a message it is next to impossible to read what you have written by using the arrow keys. When you use the ctrl and right/left arrow WE will not speak at all for a couple of key presses, and then when it does it will most of the time read the same word twice which makes you think you typed it twice. This doesn’t happen all the time when composing a new message, but when replying to a message it is consistant. Again I can dump WE and load JFW or NVDA and have no problem...
