Hi List, I have since upgrading to windows 7, had to compose an e mail in ms word and then copy and paste it into an e mail in wlm. In the past I have sent information to gw micro. Without doubt they have tried there best and are probably still trying to resolve these issues with wlm. The main problem I think is because wlm is not actually on our computers like outlook express. It is server based, like live messenger. However it does seem a little unfair that I too am thinking about trying other screen readers to solve my e mail problem.I also lose speech, but not just speech as such, complete audio and have to reboot. For no apparent reason. W.E has for me and a few friends become less stable than it used to be. I know that gw micro will in time resolve these problems. The big concern is that there competitors are gaining ground while gw micro lag behind and that is not a positive thing in today's market place.
Some list members have no problem at all with wlm while it seems more and more are having the exact same issue. I simply want to be able to receive, read, reply to e mails without having to resort to writing the text in another program, transferring it to the e mail and then sending it. Thunderbird does work but has problems as well. I will stick with gw micro for the moment as I know they will do there best to get things sorted.
