Hi Patricia, Perhaps you should ask GW support? It sounds to me like your .set files have been damaged, and perhaps you'll need to refresh them from the factory default ones (under the file menu in WE). If you're using roaming profiles in a corporate networking environment, I did have problems sometimes with my .set files becoming corrupted when they would be copied to/from the server; it's hard to think of a way otherwise that this could happen to you.
