The Say Clip app still works fine for me. I can have a long report on the clipboard and it will read the entire document for me.
Using both xp sp3 and vista sp2. Now, you know that if you get new email, for example, this will interrupt speech. So if you are using read-to-end, or something that uses the speak command like the Say clip app, this often will stop the speech.
