Mike,
You can change the first, second, and fourth settings in the Hotkeys
node of the Window-Eyes control panel. Option 3 can be found under
Verbosity (once Show Advanced Options is checked under the Help menu).
When you have your globals set the way you like and want to apply them
to another installation of WE, you can just copy sets.dat from your
existing WE profile into the new one.
