Hi Tyler:
I can tell you that the XP mode is accessible in Windows 7 Pro.  Since
it is a virtual machine, you will have to install a separate copy of
Window-eyes or another screen reader on it.  You may find that the
voice from your
copy of Window-eyes which you installed on Windows 7 will bleed
through occasionally, but this happens very infrequently, in my
experience.
