Hello Sandy: Control-Insert-F4 should bring up the Window-Eyes shut down window and you can simply press <enter> to turn off Window-Eyes.
I find this to be far too many keystrokes, so I created a new shutdown key of my own. I press it only once, the shutdown window pops up and I press <enter>! Hope this helps some.
