Its actually much easier in 7.5 than in 7.2 -- all you need to do is go to the hotkey you want to change, and press the button toggle scope -- all this while running the program you want to use. Then go down in the tree to association and make sure that is the way you want and save settings and bingo its done. Hope this helps.
