Hi Don,
Beta isn't a thing of the past. We "the end users" are now the Beta testers.
Kinda like Microsoft has been doing for years. <Grin>

Subject: summary of problems with WE7.5.2
In my humble opinion the latest release of WE has a lot more problems
than releases in the old days.
The loss of speech issue for me seems to be worse. Speech just randomly
goes away. I know being random makes it difficult to pin down but I
just can't believe it doesn't happen when testing goes on at GW itself.
We for some reason gets into a mode of being choppy cutting off words.
I am using Decaccess 32 as my syn. I have tried to close and restart WE
when this happens. We seems to close fine but when you try to restart
it it does not work thus requiring a reboot.
With the latest WE for some reason many web pages will not complete
loading on their own without doing a screen redraw. I had to learn the
key strokes for a screen redraw as I can't remember using it before WE
7.5.2.
I want the old GW back where new releases had very few problems because
they released betas to work out the bugs before the final release.
Seems that betas are a thing of the past.
