That's not it. The eloquence app only remains there in case another
problem with eloquence blowing up due to certain strings is discovered.
It's only used as a temporary fix until the fixes are incorporated into
the next release of Window-Eyes. So no matter what you do it will never
run unless a temporary fix is added to it.
And I'm not sure, but I think the WeUpdate app is in a similar situation.

Tom

Interesting. I’ve never had that happen to me before. I wonder if my

with windows 7 you have to go to the app manager then tab to security
and tell it that the apps are safe to run. then they should run normally
again.

Hi Folks:
In my windows 7 computer running office 2007, outlook, and we 7.51,
somebody turned off my weupdate app and the eloquence app. Nope, it was
not me. (smile)
However, when checking my apps, we and eloquence is stopped. I tried to
load weupdate and it started, then stopped.
I have not tried eloquence yet.
are these turned off by gw or do any of you good people know if these
are off for some reason and if not, how do I get them on again, or now
not needed.
Strange stuff going with window eyes all of a sudden.
thanks for some guidance
don
