Oh yes, go into finereader and save the settings as a new set file, i.e.
finereader.set.
Then go to the hotkey section and undefined the keys you mentioned and save
the  settings.

In finereader, the command to switch pages is control numpad plus and minus.
Is there a way to get window eyes to ignore those key presses in that
program only?
