Good morning, I just got a plantronics headset here at work for the phone system and it can be connected to the computer. It is a Savi 740 model.
Does any one use a headset with their computers and maybe able to answer my question? The documentation says that if I download the plantronics soft ware that I believe is called "spoke" that audio from the computer will come through the head set. It can be used to make "soft phone", phone calls and use skipe too. It also says that supported media players also come through the head set and if music or audio files are playing the music will be put on pause when an incoming call appears and resume play when the call is disconnected. My question is if I get this software will the audio out put of WE come through the headset? Does any one have any info about such things?
