Let me clarify, I confused myself. You can either run the program from the
website I indicated earlier, or save the file, then hit enter on it from
your computer. Jeremy recommended you not actually have GWSkype running
while you do this installation.

If memroy serves, Jeremy recommends not actually running the GWSkype
program while installing the new version. Just run the executable program
from www.gwmicro.com/apps/GWSkype
