you have to go into the intel video controls and turn off there short cut keys 
that flip the screen.
the options may be in the sys tray for the intel video display.  if not go to 
the control panel and look for display or intel video display.
make sure the screen is right side up before you disable these keys.
they use the same keys that w e uses for the voice rotor.

Subject: problem with rotor 

Hi List,

I have a friend who is using w.e. She can't get the rotor keys to work at
all. She holds down the left control and alt then presses the left arrow and
nothing is spoken. None of the arrow keys speak when she does this. A
sighted friend tells her that the screen is being turned round when these
keys are pressed.

Any help would be appreciated.
