Good morning.  This is a known problem which GW has verified.  I was told that 
this issue will be fixed in the next release.  The flow control setting for 
hardware synthesizers gets changed to Xon/Xoff.  This is also broken if you use 
the read to me app.  If you don't change the read to end synth nothing bad 
happens.

7.5..2.  If I use the voice rotor to change to Eloquence, when I switch back to 
Double talk, things are spoken strangely in Outlook Express and on the desk 
top.  If I switch from the devices menu directly, this doesn't happen.  I 
re-installed W. E. but the same thing happened.  I've eliminated Voice roter 
from my aps.
