Steve,

Right now this is normal. You should be able to see the person's phone number, however, by viewing his profile.

Regards,
Steve

Steve,
I don't have skype out credits right now, thoug I did in the past and have skype out contacts in my list. For your info, these skype out contacts show the name, then it indicates "skype out", but it doesn't show the actual phone number for the skype out contact. Is this normal, or should it also show the skype out number.
Thanks

    Hello Michael,

Thanks for your feedback regarding GWSkype. Re issue 1, this has
not been implemented but is on our short-term list of features to
add. You should be seeing Skype Out contacts when "All Contacts"
is checked under the View menu. Are these contacts with names
assigned to them or just phone numbers? Re issue 3, the Skypekit
API doesn't allow us to modify the microphone or speaker volume,
but it will in a future version. We will add issues 4 and 5 to our
    feature suggestions list.

    Thanks,
    Steve

    Dear GW-Micro Staff,
First of all let me congratulate all of you for this fine product
called GW-Skype. It is a very wonderful present from GW-Micro
to the blind community around the world. Many thanks.
Now, please let me draw the attention for few issues/problems
    that I encountered. I installed GW-Skype on Windows7 Ultimate.
    1. In the GW-Skype main screen I could not find any indication
how many Skype Credits I still have in my account.
    2. From the View Menu, when you choose 'All CContacts' GW-Skype
does not list the Skype Out Contacts. I know that you can list
them from the View/SkypeOut, but my unmderstanding is that
    View/All Contacts means 'All Contacts'.
    3. In the GW-Skype Options, in the Devices Section, there is no
way how you can adjust the Microphone Volume setting. Is this
with a purpose or will be implemented later on?
    4. Please is it possible for GW-Micro to release a 'Portable
    Edition' of the GW-Skype?
    5. Also in the GW-Skype Options when use the TAB key through the
respective items, there is no"Restore to Defaults" option in case
    the user mess some settings.
Again Congratulations, and hope that, other screen reader vendors
such as Freedom Scientific or Dolphin Systems, follows the
GW-Micro's example and also contribute something useful too.
    Kind regards,
    Michael Micallef
