When I first created my account, they didn't use the virtual keyboard approach.
But, after a year or two, they changed to it and I had to use the virtual
keyboard with WE to log into my account. And, although I found it to be a slow
process having to tab or arrow to each number and letter, it could indeed be
done.

However, your message reminded me that I hadn't accessed my account in quite
sometime, so I thought I would do that little thing today. But, when I tried
to do so, I got the message that my account had been locked out and was given a
phone number to call. So, guess I'll do that at some point—well, unless I can
figure out a way to email them and they'll let me handle things via email.

I have no clue why my account got locked out; although, I do recall getting
something from Treasury Direct a few months ago regarding a change in how folks
would access their account. So, hopefully, that is all that is causing my
problem now.
