When I first created my account, they didn't use the virtual keyboard approach. But, after a year or two, they changed to it and I had to use the virtual keyboard with WE to log into my account. And, although I found it to be a slow process having to tab or arrow to each number and letter, it could indeed be done.
However, your message reminded me that I hadn't accessed my account in quite sometime, so I thought I would do that little thing today. But, when I tried to do so, I got the message that my account had been locked out and was given a phone number to call. So, guess I'll do that at some pointwell, unless I can figure out a way to email them and they'll let me handle things via email. I have no clue why my account got locked out; although, I do recall getting something from Treasury Direct a few months ago regarding a change in how folks would access their account. So, hopefully, that is all that is causing my problem now. ----- Original Message ----- From: Ray Dupler jr <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Date: Monday, Jan 2, 2012 11:18:32 AM Subject: tresury direct and window eyes > > > > > I was thinking of setting up a treasury direct account, after listening tothe > vidio about setting an account I am wondering if the vertial keyboard that > you must use to log in to the account is usable with WindowsEyes 7.5.2, it > says that you must use the mouse with this vertial keyboard. can it be done > with WE?
