Kevin,
I think what you are looking for is the spell alpha numaric setting.
It is under screen other.
I believe it is off by default and you can make it program or global spasific.
I hope that is what you were looking for.

Subject: Is there a way to have Window-Eyes spell out words that have numbers in them?

Hi.

I looked this up in help, but there were two problems. Help didn't announce what I was on, and I didn't find what I was looking for. I'll call GW Micro
up later on today about the first problem.

Is there a setting to have Window-Eyes spell words that have numbers in
them. I get lots of emails that are from ham radio operators, and it's hard to figure out their call signs. For example, my call is N8EGA. Rather than
WE pronounce this as a word, I'd like it spelled out, that is N 8 E G A.

Thanks in advance for help on this. If I don't get any responses on this
I'll ask GW Micro when I call them.

Thanks in advance for any help.

GO CATS!
