Well done as well, Gw!!!

A very happy Window-Eyes user,

Portia.

Hi John and all,

One other thing I wanted to add: it's not just what Window-Eyes can do, it's
also that there's a real feeling when you talk to GW about a problem,
there's someone actually listening at the other end of the line! It's easy
to forget about this wonderful service, when we get caught up in the
comparisons of ... will it do this as well as someone does that ... it does
do something else as well (or the way) I would like ...

Well, I've said my share of these complaints, only to see them result in
change in a future version! This just never happened to me when I owned
another product for many many years; they were simply too large a company,
full of too many attorneys, to care about what I needed (it felt like to
me).

Chip

Hello,

I don't write to the list unless I have a question, but this
time, I must make an exception.
Last June, when I upgraded my Olympus DM4, Window Eyes read
the screen flawlessly! Because of this upgrade, I am able to
set the time and date on the Olympus using the speech of the
Olympus, and can now access system menus and the audio diary.
Last week's Olympus upgrade went well, thanks to Window Eyes.
Keep up the good work, GWMicro.
