Hi. When I first boot up my computer, and go to the desk top, Window Eyes
just says "desk top". I hit tab and then shift tab and all the items are there
and spoken. This doesn't occur again, until I shut down and start the computer
again. A mild annoyance, but one I can live with. Is this what you'dre
referring to?

Subject: Window eyes 7.5.2 and desktop

    Hello all:

Recently, I have been noticing that when I reboot my computer and things, I
know that I am on the desktop after Window eyes puts itself in the system tray.
Here's where the problem begins.
When I go to the desktop with windows key d, Window eyes does not tell me
that I am there or does not tell me I have focus. So for instance, if I wanted
to start GWSkype, I would have to assume that the GWSkype icon is highlighted.
I do not have any background pictures on the desktop either as I know this can
really mess up focus. I have tried this with pictures on the desktop, and
without pictures on the desktop. Currently, I am running Windows xp with
service pack 3 installed.

Any and all help would be appreciated, please.
