Hi,
It is possible that one got corrupted or something It may be worth the effort
to remove them and then re install
Other than that I can’t think of anything else to try. Maybe someone smarter
than me can come up with something. I did have that issue back before I started
using the accessible Google but, all I had to do was hit the link at the top
that says “screen reader users click here” and that issue went away.

I just enter what I am searching for and press enter. I do not tab to the
button. As for the IE Apps? They have never bothered me before. That's what's
so strange about this.

Have you tried just hitting enter after you enter you search in the edit box
without tabbing to the search button. I don’t ever tab to the button I just
enter the search term and hit enter.
  Als, are you apps up-to-date?
You may try removing the IE apps and then re-installing them.

I use the accessible website. Not the regular Google site. And I get the same
result for both.

Is the instant search turned off? I’ve been playing with google trying to
see if I could come up with an answer for you.
