Keith,
Unfortunately, I don't know how you would tell each of these programs to
ignore GWConnect completely. The best way to ensure its files are left
alone is to whitelist them, or failing that, alert the vendors of each
malware product to the false positives to be included in future database
updates.

Hi, when the skype application that GW-micro first put out came out, I
installed it and set it up. Worked fine. Then, I did a routine spyware check
and gw skype stopped working, saying that several different files were missing.
I have Super Anti spyware, nod 32, Ccleaner, and malware bites on my system. I
am not sure which application removed the gw skype files, but is there a way to
prevent these programs from corrupting the installed connect program when I
install it?
Thanks
Keith
