It is called Contacts. To add a sender to the contacts open the mail double
press Alt-1 to go to the from field, arrow left once and use the application
key to open the context menu and select add to contacts.
To send a mail to this contact later, just open a new mail, type a part of
the name of the receipient and Outlook will fill it for you, or tab to the
to button and press it to open the contacts...

Subject: Adding sender to the contacts list

Hi:
Using we 7.52, office 2007 and outlook., with windows 7
any help in the key strokes to add a sender to the contact list?
and once in the contacts, can one do something while in the contacts to send
a email?
Last, what is the list called, contacts or address book? I get confused.
