it is while GWConnect is running, no crashes

Greetings,

Are you seeing the multiple icons appearing while GWConnect is running
or as a result of restarting it after a crash? If the former, we can
investigate and fix the issue. If the latter, it is out of our hands
(aside from improving stability).

And, if you try to right-click on any of these multiple entries in the system tray, they usually will go away, one by one. Don't know, why GW hasn't fixed that part long time ago. It is somehow confusing, and quite little professional, to see the same piece of software entering itself numerous times in the systray. Never seen any other software do the same. And really bewildered what would cause the thing to happen. Somehow, it seems as if GWConnect does not clean up its own mess.

GW, would be great if you could please fix this bug, asap.

I had that same issue. Try to go in to the task manager and kill GWConnect.
