Good morning, I was wondering how to tell what security settings have been selected for a PDF. I opened a PDF and was informed that it is protected. This document appears to be blank. I was wondering how I can tell if they used the feature to stop access to screen readers?
This is a bone of contension between my condo board and my self. I think that they are not so nasty but more ignorant as to what they are doing.
