Hi Dennis: You can make Window-eyes an Dragon work together. When I tried it a number of years ago, I found that I had to switch the Window-eyes keyboard layout to Laptop in order to allow Dragon to take control of the arrow keys and allow the voice commands for moving around the screen to work.
