This message is coming from Jeff Bishop's Skype app and not GWConnect.
If you remove Skype from Apps/App Management/Add or Remove Apps, the
message will cease to appear.

Why each time I get a message about Skype changing its native version and
suggesting I download the latest version of GW Connect? I did this, and it’s
great, but each time I get the message about Skype with a yes and no button.
